To ensure customer satisfaction, we may offer a limited refund window on certain plans, subject to the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
[1] General Refund Terms
A refund may be available for eligible services within a short period after the initial order if:
- You experience genuine service-related issues that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
- You have followed all troubleshooting steps requested by our support staff and provided accurate information about the issue.
- Your use of the service fully complies with our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Refunds are always evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are issued at the sole discretion of buyRDPLive management.
[2] Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service abuse, violation of our Terms of Services, or use of our servers for any prohibited or illegal activities.
- Misunderstanding or improper usage of Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) services due to lack of technical knowledge.
- Client-side technical issues such as local hardware limitations, misconfiguration, unsupported software, or unstable internet connection.
- Problems caused by third-party software, tools, or scripts installed by the client.
- Excluded product categories such as certain Admin / USA RDP plans or other plans specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Change of mind, invalid reasons, unfair usage, or unreasonable expectations not aligned with the service description.
Admin RDP Server Policy
Admin RDP services are provided with powerful resources and are strictly subject to our usage and abuse policies. The following conditions apply:
- 24/7 support availability for genuine technical issues related to Admin RDP services.
- It is strictly prohibited to use Admin RDP services for hacking, cracking, carding, spam, DDoS, or any other abusive / illegal activity.
- Our team may perform periodic maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimum performance and security.
- Refunds are not provided due to scheduled maintenance, emergency network issues, or datacenter-level problems beyond our direct control.
- Repeated misuse or abuse of Admin RDP resources may result in suspension or termination without eligibility for a refund.
**ANY VIOLATION OF ADMIN RDP USAGE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND.**

- It is your responsibility to review the service specifications and restrictions before placing an order.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if we determine that services were delivered as described.
- Service downtime due to abuse, ToS violations, or non-cooperation with support will not be counted towards any refund claim.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with payment gateways may result in permanent account restriction.
[4] Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund (where eligible), you must:
- Open a support ticket from your client area with clear details of the issue you are facing.
- Allow our technical team a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the problem.
- Submit the request within the allowed time window for the specific plan, as mentioned on the product page or invoice.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to the policies of the respective payment gateway.
[5] Payment Gateways & Fees
Payments may be processed through third-party gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, or other supported providers. In such cases:
- Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the processing rules and timelines of the respective gateway.
- Any non-refundable processing fee or transaction charge retained by the gateway is not under our control.
- Initiating disputes or chargebacks without first contacting our support team may lead to immediate suspension of services.

- Certain special, promotional, or custom plans may be marked as strictly non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
- Your continued use of our services after any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
